Cleaner water
in your village and aroundThe Information Tool unite wastewater treatment (WWT) solutions available in local markets of project countries (Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Sweden). It seeks the specific technologies, which would be potentially best-fitting for the user’s operation environment and the criteria setting. The Information Tool displays the obtained results for the user-selected variables as the potentially best-fitting systems with estimated fitness grades. In practice it provide possibility (1) to select WWT solutions according to the capacity (persons) needed for user and (2) sort selected WWT solutions according to users freely chosen criteria – investment costs, operational costs, impact to climate, impact to eutrophication of Baltic Sea, area needed for construction etc.
The first and simplest benefit of the Information Tool is that all the information on available WWT solutions is available in one place. From applicability viewpoint the Information Tool for end-user provide selecting, filtering and searching functionalities. Based on the collected data The Information Tool makes it possible for the users to compare different technologies, choose the best suitable alternative and check the availability of technologies.
